Ms. Fernandes is an entrepreneur, activist, speaker, and writer, working with endless clients from large-scale corporations to smaller scale non-profits and many public companies in various sectors. Danielle has previous public company board experience within the plant-based/health and wellness space.

Very passionate and dedicated to advocating plant-based diets and animal welfare, she supports multiple charities across Canada including the Vancouver Humane Society, Animal Justice and is an active volunteer for the Plant Based Treaty.

An avid reader, holding true to a minimum of a book a week ranging from business to English Lit classics – big fan of Ray Dalio, Tim Ferriss, Malcolm Gladwell, MJ DeMarco and Chris Guillebeau.

Rajesh Kutty, MD:

Rajesh Kutty is a dynamic entrepreneur and healthcare innovator in Toronto, Canada. He’s currently CEO of U GOT GAME? INC., a gamified dating and experiential marketplace, and co-founder of Cap Circle Network.

Rajesh’s medical journey was marked by a significant personal challenge: a cancer diagnosis during his studies. After winning a three-year battle, he earned his Medical Doctorate in 2007.

He then transitioned into healthcare management and technology, consulting on diverse projects. In late 2017, he co-founded his first tech startup in Capital Markets, raising $1.2 million as COO and achieving a successful exit in 2021. This led to U GOT GAME? In 2025, he co-founded Cap Circle Network.

Outside of work, Rajesh enjoys photography, music, technology, real estate, hiking, and electric cars.
